KIT HOME PLANS

Build Your Own Home With Our Plans and Instructions

Noble Home has been designing, building and selling unique high performance kit homes to owner-builders and contractors for 10 years. Now we are offering plan packages for the ultimate do-it-yourselfer! Look through a variety of built Noble Homes for ideas, choose a plan, and order a set of plans with all the details necessary to put your own kit together.

We can also customize your plans at your request to match your spatial requirements, and any site specific needs.

The Noble Home is a home building kit design for the owner-builder as well as developers and building contractors. It is a combination of panelized and pre-cut elements, all to be assembled on site with a minimum of skilled labor. Besides being affordable, the Noble Home is a healthy home: there is no plywood, OSB, or other "off-gassing" materials and most wood can often be locally sourced. Noble Home is energy efficient: insulation values exceed most local energy codes and it can be designed as a passive solar home.

When orienting the house properly on your sun exposed building site, the roof geometry allows the winter sun in to warm the interior while blocking the warm season sun. Additionally, if built on a concrete slab, the sun will also warm up the floor, retaining heating for later in the evening.
